Welcome to AceIt ("we," "our," or "us"). AceIt is a mobile application designed to help Caribbean students prepare for the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations administered by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).

- Personalise your learning experience based on your selected CSEC subjects and academic level

4. Account Requirement
AceIt requires users to create an account to access all features. You cannot use the application without registering and signing in. This allows us to save your progress, personalise your study experience, and keep your data secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, external organisations, schools, or government bodies, including the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).

- Google Analytics — for anonymised, aggregated usage statistics only. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google for advertising purposes.
We may disclose your information only if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AceIt or its users.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

AceIt is designed for CSEC students, who may include individuals under the age of 18. We are committed to protecting the privacy of younger users. We do not knowingly collect more information than is necessary for the app to function, and we do not use student data for advertising purposes.
